Emmanuel founded CareView Group in 2026 with a focus on building a specialist investment platform in the UK care sector. He has a background in corporate finance and investments, having spent four years at Mercer, and brings hands-on experience supporting the growth of his family-owned care business, TRSS.
Through CareView Group, he is focused on acquiring and scaling high-quality care providers through a disciplined, operator-led approach.
He holds a first-class degree in Mathematics from King's College London and an MSc in Mathematics and Finance from Imperial College London.
Seun is part of the founding team at CareView Group and leads as the groups Operating Partner. He brings over a decade of experience in the care sector, including more than eight years successfully building and running his own care business, New Shepherd Care. He also provides expert training services to other care operators in establishing and growing their businesses through his academy, View22 Academy.
At CareView Group, Seun focuses on operational execution, supporting post-acquisition integration, performance improvement, and regulatory outcomes across the platform.
He has previous experience as a recruitment consultant and holds a first-class degree in Business and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University.
